Can I cancel an order?

An order can only be cancelled if it has not yet been dispatched; please contact our customer service team. If the order has already been paid for, a full refund will be issued. 

If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to accept delivery and then exercise your right of withdrawal. Further information is available here.
